Napa Valley, United States

Where to stay:  the  M illiken Creek Inn  is a luxury hotel for adults in Napa Valley. Located a 15-minute drive from the Francis Ford Coppola vineyards, the Renteria and Rocca families, this property also offers wine and cheese daily at the front desk of its main building.

Pokobin, Australia

Where to stay:  on a plot of 12 hectares in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley, the  B erenbell Vineyard Retreat  offers self-catering accommodation with unforgettable views of the vineyards and the chain Brokenback mountains. The property is just a 5-minute walk from several restaurants and wineries.
